Fierce spring couture

This is how you hail a cab in the City!
With some attitude, drama and glamour! :)

For me, alhtough I really support, enjoy, wear and love street style fashion and street inspired looks on runway, couture is the essence of the fashion. It represents dreams and takes you to the world where everything is possible and acceptable.  It is the reason why I love the fashion so much.

My favourite couturist after late McQueen is definitely John Galliano! Here are the looks from his Spring Couture 2011. line. Looks like the trend in fashion's la-la land is fierce, passionate but romantic voluminiousness. :)

Don't you love it darlings?

"We grow great by dreams. All big men are dreamers. They see things in the soft haze of a spring day or in the red fire of a long winter's evening.
Some of us let these dreams die, but others nourish and protect them;
nurse them through bad days till they bring them to the sunshine and light which comes always to those who hope that their dreams will come true."

Rihanna tweeted ( Webster - its time to add this word to a dictionary. Thanks!) that she just wraped up a cover shoot with Annie Leibovitz!
Can it get any more fierce? :) Love it. Can't wait to buy it!

We made music together.

I got your letter and I was sad,
You wrote it cause of her and that made me mad,
I fell in love, and that was my only bad.

The words you used were hurtful and lame,
there was nothing for what you took the blame.
I am never aggresive, just young and naive,
I was always honest to you and my intention was never to decieve.

You can write all you want to make yourself believe,
all of our friends have noticed the emotion,
so go ahead and act like you have this new "devotion".

 After all, I don't regret a thing,
everybody knew it wasn't just a fling.
We looked good together, it lasted long,
we both knew, something would soon go wrong.

I wish you all the best, whatever you choose to do,
just remember that for Tango - it takes two.
After so many years of lies - sometimes love dies,
but I guess when there is cash in question - it somehow multiplies.

Together we had fun times, wrote music and spoke in rhymes.
I jumped in it free and with an open heart,
I just wanted to see you happy ...
so I don't feel like a victim and I am ready for a new start.

"Zbogom."

Lost in baggage!

Hi fabulousnesses!

I am so sorry I haven't been blogging for a while. I have moved into a new apartment and my life is in suitcases right now (lots of them). I am unpacking it and getting rid of some emotional baggage while at it, all at once.

I have been terribly buisy with all of this moving in business:  shabby chicking my fabulous "old meets new" furniture, designing my velvet meets silk ceiling to floor curtains and chair covers with my fabulous friend Alex.

All while listening to Snoop Dogg & Edit Piaf  and trying  my best not to get behind schedule on my day job - Ouu yes indeed! I sure am emotional mess right now!

Thanks for being patient with me!
Photos of my newely self redecorated apartment coming up next week!
Also, I am bringing you some exclusive stories & interviews from local and international fashion scene!

Enjoy lovelies!
