Let me tell ya, there is a lot of designers and wanna be designers in Croatia, there is even more fashion events, fashion weeks, fashion shows and beauty pageants, basically every hotel on the coast during the summer has one beauty pageant and at least one fashion show per season.
There is many overnight "fashion experts" organizing "wanna be's celebrity paraded" fashion events but spending most of the energy on bashing each other and trying to get the quick cash from sponsors rather than focusing on year around industry development, better designer and collection selection and better quality event organization.
Less drama, more work please!
However, there is no live and developing fashion industry in Croatia, not many designers have the real, profitable, recognizable brand, and not many are realistic when it comes to price vs. quality ratio. Alex got it.
She started small, at her apartment, little by little creating her customer base, finding her one space on local and even global fashion stage. She is one of the people who realized pricing, PR and branding is important and she is doing it the right way.
Season in and season out Alex is growing her brand name and customer base. Her style is romantic, feminine, soft but confident, using pastel colors and great tailoring, draping and detailed leather and hardware design to create a complete story for each season.
